As you were going up, this was the region where you first sensed your spiritually empowered human consciousness. This is called the Beast. It was somewhat unstable going up, hence the former name of this aethyr: VTI “Darkness judges energy”. This was where the consciousness was empowered, but all the mechanics were not yet understood. Now, coming back down carrying the Light, it becomes the region where you consciousness focuses your True Will, which is the force that empowers it. It is the understanding of how your True Will empowers your consciousness, and your consciousness in turn shapes the manifestation of your True Will.
