Greater Venus Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram

GREATER VENUS INVOKING RITUAL OF THE HEXAGRAM

This ritual can be performed whenever you want greater Love and Friendship in your life.  

It can also be used to bring people closer to one another, creating these forces within and between them.

Part I:  Preliminary Rituals

1.   Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.

2.   Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram.

3.   Perform the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram.

4.   Perform the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram.

Part II:  Hexagrams and Sacred Names

5.  Go to the East of the Altar.  Trace a Green Venus Invoking Hexagram, with the Index Finger of your         Right hand, while vibrating "ARARITA".

6.  Point to the center of the Hexagram with your Index Finger.  In the center of the Hexagram, draw a           Green Venus Planetary Symbol .  While doing so, vibrate the God Name 

     YHVH TZABAOTH (Yah.Veh Tzah.Bah.Oht).  Make the Sign of the Enterer, sending                         Green Light through the Venus Symbol.  Give the Sign of Osiris Slain and L.V.X. Signs.                       Do not call out the Letters or Names.     

7.  Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you.  Say, vibrating the God Name:

     "In the name of YHVH TZABAOTH, I invoke ye, ye Forces of NOGAH (Noh.Gah)!"

     Point to the Venus Symbol in the center of the Hexagram.  Trace a line of White Light as                     you move to the South.  Finish the line at the point where the center of the next                                     Hexagram will be.

8.  Repeat steps 5 through 7 in each direction, until you are again facing East.

9.  Return to the Center of your Circle.  Face the current location of Venus.  Make another                         Hexagram, as in steps 5 through 7.

10.  Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you.                                                                      In the following Invocation, vibrate each name.  Sigils are only appropriate for spirits                           (Archangels, Angels and other spirits).  These are given below.  Vibrate each of these                           names once.  As you vibrate the names of the Archangel and Angel, make the sigils.                             There is no need to write the Hebrew Names.  I give them only for reference purposes.                         Both are Green.  Say,

     "In the name of YHVH TZABAOTH, 

       the Archangel CHENIEL (Kh.Ehn.Yell), 

       and of the Planetary Intelligence HAGIEL (Hah.Gee.Ehl), 

       I invoke ye, ye forces of NOGAH."

11.  Give the Sign of Osiris Slain and the L.V.X. Signs.

Part III:  Practical Magick

12.  State the purpose of this ritual, saying,

       "It is the Intention of this Ritual that the Forces of the Planet Venus shall ________."

13.  If you intend to Charge an object (such as a Talisman, Food, etc.), perform the                                       Ritual of the Middle Pillar, making the Light and Spheres Green.  Either hold the object                       or hold your hands over (or toward) the object.  Petition the forces to complete your goal.

       If you intend to skry for Visions of Venus's Influence, enter a light Meditative                                       State and await any Visions that may come to you.  Record any images you perceive in                         whatever manner is easiest for you.

Part IV: Final Banishings

14.  Put away any Tools or other Charged objects before performing Banishing.

15.  Give a License to Depart, saying,
       "I now release any spirits that may have been imprisoned by this ritual.                                           Depart in Peace to thy Abodes and Habitations and go with the Blessing of                                     YHVH TZABAOTH."

16.  Perform the Greater Venus Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram.

17.  Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.
