Whole Body Cleanse

1.  Squeeze the juice from half a Lemon into an 8 oz. glass.

2.  Add either 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Freshly ground Ginger.

3.  OPTIONAL: Add 2 Tablespoons of Natural Maple Syrup or other Natural Sweetener.

4.  Fill the rest of the glass with water.  Stir until all of the ingredients are dissolved.

5.  Drink up.


Use this cleanse as often as desired.
