Hot Foot Powder is used to drive people away from you or from an area.

1 Part Cayenne Pepper

1 Part Black Pepper

2 Parts Sulphur

One method of using this powder is to pray for a person (using their name) to be kept away from an area, while sprinkling this powder into their path or around the area you want them to be kept away from.  This can be further enhanced by petitioning a spirit that does this sort of thing.
