Kidney and Bladder Cleanse


First, you will want to be drinking at least 48 to 80 oz. of filtered water per day.  Next, you will want to add to your diet a nice, healthy amount of any of the following Fruits and Vegetables: Celery, Cucumbers, Lemons, Apples, and Watermelon.  During this cleanse, reduce your protein intake (notice that I did NOT say eliminate) and make sure you are getting plenty of Vitamin B, as this vitamin is vital to maintaining healthy kidneys.


This particular cleanse generally takes about three to six weeks.
