Lymphatic Cleanse

Some things that can negatively influence the lymphatic system include being overworked, a sedentary lifestyle (lifestyle which lacks a proper amount of healthy exercise), lack of fresh foods, being shamed by others or made to feel guilty, depression, chemicals in your body, energy blockages and beliefs or other influences in your life that restrict spirituality.

Swollen Lymph Glands can cause Headaches, Sore Throat, Fatigue and Sinus Problems.  This can often be a sign of more serious health problems, so it may be advisable to seek the opinion of a qualified medical professional (again, use your own judgment).

One method of doing this type of Cleanse is to make a soup out of the following: about two gallons of Distilled Water, Organic Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Carrots and an Onion.  Make sure that all of the vegetables are 100% Organic. Boil the Water, add the Onion, Carrots and Broccoli.  Let this simmer for about an hour before adding the Kale and Spinach.  Let the whole mix simmer, covered, for an additional hour.  Place the soup in a large Tupperware container and keep refrigerated.  If you run out of soup during your Cleanse, you can always make more.

Now, for a period of about three days, you will want to eat only this soup three times per day.  You should still drink your proper amount of water.  After the three days, feel free to incorporate other alkaline foods into your diet.  You should continue eating the soup at least once per day, until your Lymph glands return to their normal state.
