Pheryllt Rite of Dragoncall
Latin Incantation:
Cum saxum saxorum
In Aduersum Montum
Oparum Da,
in Ae iti bulum*
In Quinatum, Draconis!
(*Aetibulum offers no direct English Translation. Translation only became available when I broke the word up.)
English Translation:
When the rock cliffs
In the mountains,
Give the work;
As the roads vocābulum
The polluted, Dragon!
This is the incantation given within The 21 Lessons of Merlyn and The Lost Books of Merlyn, both by
Douglas Monroe. It is also given in Volume One of the Book of Pheryllt by Joshua Free.
Some online sources claim this incantation was used by Galen in the 1984 movie, Dragonslayer. Its purpose was
to cause rocks to fall on the dragon in an attempt to kill it, apparently. This is not a summoning spell.
