Reiki 2 Self Attunement

To Self Attune to Reiki 2, you will need to know two symbols. They are Sei Hei Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. Sei Hei Ki means “God and Human Become One” and looks like this: . It merges the human ego with the divine self, and has the effect of dissolving\calming the emotions. When using it’s energy to heal others after being attuned, it causes their emotions to calm. It can be used to calm anger, fear, hatred…pretty much anything that is not peaceful in nature.

The second symbol is Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. It means: “May the Buddha in me connect to the Buddha in you to promote harmony and peace.” And is pictured above.  When used for an attunement, it has the effect of expanding the mind and promoting a desire to help others as well as strengthening compassion. When it’s energy is used to heal someone, it generally has the effect of expanding the consciousness of the person being healed and giving them greater peace of mind.

1. Relax the mind and body.

2. Visualize pure, white light flooding your aura, purifying it.

3. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol in the Crown Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Say Hay Kee” three times.

4. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol in the Root Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Say Hay Kee” three times.

5. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol at the back of your head, in the Brow Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

6. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol behind you, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

7. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol at the back of your throat, in the Throat Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting it’s name three times.

8. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol at the back of your solar plexus. Invoke it by chanting it’s name three times.

9. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol behind your chest, in the middle of your back, within the Heart Chakra. Invoke it by chanting it’s name either mentally or verbally three times.

10. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol in the Root Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Say Hay Kee” three times.

11. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol on your forehead, in the Brow Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

12. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol in the area your genitals are, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

13. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol at the front of your throat, in the Throat Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting it’s name three times.

14. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol at the front of your solar plexus. Invoke it by chanting it’s name three times.

15. Visualize the Sei Hei Ki symbol in the middle of your chest, within the Heart Chakra. Invoke it by chanting it’s name either mentally or verbally three times.

16. One at a time, invoke the Sei Hei Ki symbol into the chakra in the palm of each hand in the manner described above (visualize the symbol and chant it’s name three times).

17. One at a time, invoke the Sei Hei Ki symbol into the chakra at the bottom of each foot, as described above.

18. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the Crown Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Hon Sha Zee Show Nen” three times.

19. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the Root Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Hon Sha Zee Show Nen” three times.

20. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol at the back of your head, in the Brow Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

21. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol behind you, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

22. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol at the back of your throat, in the Throat Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting it’s name three times.

23. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol at the back of your solar plexus. Invoke it by chanting it’s name three times.

24. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol behind your chest, in the middle of your back, within the Heart Chakra. Invoke it by chanting it’s name either mentally or verbally three times.

25. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the Root Chakra. Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting it’s name “Hon Sha Zee Show Nen” three times.

26. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol on your forehead, in the Brow Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

27. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the area your genitals are, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting it’s name three times.

28. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol at the front of your throat, in the Throat Chakra. Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting it’s name three times.

29. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol at the front of your solar plexus. Invoke it by chanting it’s name three times.

30. Visualize the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol in the middle of your chest, within the Heart Chakra. Invoke it by chanting it’s name either mentally or verbally three times.

31. One at a time, invoke the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol into the chakra in the palm of each hand in the manner described above (visualize the symbol and chant it’s name three times).

32. One at a time, invoke the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol into the chakra at the bottom of each foot, as described above.

33. Know that you have completed the attunement and are now a loving practitioner of Reiki 2.
