Employers in the United States are not allowed to permit, or engage in, any form of Religious Discrimination or Harassment. They also must make Reasonable Accommodation for the religious activities of their employees.
Harassment can include, but is not limited to, calling you names, shoving religious pamphlets into your hand or leaving them in your personal belongings or any attempt to push their beliefs on you. These Evangelistic Activities are illegal and punishable by Law.
If any person, in the course of your employment, harasses you about your interest in Magick, the Occult, or any other Religious Activity or belief, you can report them to your manager, who is legally required to do something about it. If they refuse, ignore you or if they are the ones harassing you, you can report them to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
