11 But the meek shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
It is those that remain quiet and peaceful that will have their dreams realized and goals completed.
12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
There will always be those that despise you because they are jealous of your success.
These are "the wicked".
13 My Lord will laugh at him;
For he seeth that his day is coming.
Ignore the wicked and you will always succeed in spite of them.
14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to slay such as are upright in the way.
15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
All efforts that the wicked exert against you will be doomed. They will destroy themselves. This is true both of inner thoughts and emotions that try to distract you and also of external enemies that try to distract or harm you. All you need to do is remain Centered and Peaceful. Just ignore them.
16 Better is a little that the righteous hath than the abundance of many wicked.
It does not matter how much those that work against you appear to having going for them. As long as you remain peaceful, their efforts will be wasted and they will be doomed.
17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken;
But YHVH upholdeth the righteous.
18 YHVH knoweth the days of the perfect;
And their inheritance shall be forever.
19 They shall not be put to shame in the time of evil;
And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of YHVH shall be as the fat of lambs:
They shall vanish; In smoke shall they vanish away.
Your Path will naturally become Clear, simply by your remaining Peaceful and Centered, working toward your goals.
