Yule Solar Invocation

YULE SOLAR INVOCATION 

(based on Crowley's Liber Resh vel Helios)

This prayer ritual can be performed by anyone seeking to attune to the energies of the Winter Solstice, but wishing to avoid a large ritual setting.  It is assumed that those performing this ritual are already familiar with our ritual gestures.

On the day of the Winter Solstice, face North.  Give the Sign of the Enterer.
Give the Sign of Earth.  This is made like the Sign of Air, but invert the Triangle and place it over (or just above) your genitals.  In a loud voice, Say:

    “Hail unto Thee who art Amon Ra in thy hiding.  
      Even unto Thee who art Amon Ra in thy Silence.

      Who travellest through the Underworld in thy barque at the Winter Solstice.

      Tehuti standeth in His splendor at the prow, and Ra-Hoor abideth at the helm. 
      Hail unto Thee from the Abode of the Autumn!"

Give the Sign of Silence.
