Yesod Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram
Theoricus Self Dedication or Initiation

I. Preliminary Rituals
1. Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.
2. Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram.
3. Perform the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram.
4. Perform the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram.
II. Invoking Yesod
5. Go to the East of the Altar. Face East. Trace a Violet Fire Invoking Hexagram with your Athame while vibrating ARARITA (Ah.Rah.Ree.Tah).
In the Center of the Hexagram, draw a Violet Moon Symbol (located at the top of the instructions). Charge it with the name, SHADDAI EL CHAI (Shah.Dye Ehl Ch-Eye).
6. Project Violet Light through the center of the Hexagram, using the Sign of the Enterer. Give the
Sign of Osiris Slain. Give the L.V.X. Signs.
7. Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you. Say, vibrating the God Name:
"In the name of Shaddai El Chai, I invoke ye, ye Forces of Yesod!"
Point to the Moon Symbol. Trace a line of White Light as you move to the South.
Finish the line at the point where the center of the next Hexagram will be.
8. Face South. Trace a Violet Air Invoking Hexagram with your Dagger while vibrating ARARITA
(Ah.Rah.Ree.Tah).
In the Center of the Hexagram, draw a Violet Moon Symbol, charging it as before.
9. Project Violet Light through the center of the Hexagram, using the Sign of the Enterer. Give the
Sign of Osiris Slain. Give the L.V.X. Signs.
10. Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you. Say, vibrating the God Name:
"In the name of Shaddai El Chai, I invoke ye, ye Forces of Yesod!"
Point to the Moon Symbol. Trace the next part of your line of White Light, as you move to the West.
11. Face West. Trace a Violet Water Invoking Hexagram with your Dagger while vibrating ARARITA (Ah.Rah.Ree.Tah).
You should finish at the center, as you finish vibrating the word.
12. Project Violet Light through the center of the Hexagram, using the Sign of the Enterer. Give the
Sign of Osiris Slain. Give the L.V.X. Signs.
13. Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you. Say, vibrating the God Name:
"In the name of Shaddai El Chai, I invoke ye, ye Forces of Yesod!"
Point to the Moon Symbol. Trace the next part of your line of Violet Light, as you move
to the North. Finish the line in the North, where the center of the next Hexagram will be.
14. Face North. Trace a Violet Moon Invoking Hexagram with your Dagger while vibrating ARARITA (Ah.Rah.Ree.Tah).
In the center of the Hexagram, draw another Violet Moon Symbol, charging it as before.
15. Pierce the center of the Hexagram with the Dagger as you finish vibrating the word. Project Violet Light through the center of the Hexagram, using the Sign of the Enterer. Give the Sign of Osiris Slain. Give the L.V.X. Signs.
16. Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you. Say, vibrating the God Name:
"In the name of Shaddai El Chai, I invoke ye, ye Forces of Yesod!"
Trace the next part of your line of White Light, as you move to the East, completing the Circle.
17. Still walking Clockwise, Go to the West of the Altar and face East. Over your altar (or if there is no altar, in the Center of your Circle) make another Violet Moon Invoking Hexagram, charging it as you did the one in the North. (Key Word, Divine Name, Osiris Slain and L.V.X. Signs, etc.)
18. Raise your arms slightly, reaching up and in front of you.
"In the name of SHADDAI EL CHAI,
the Archangel GABRIEL (Gah.Bree.Ehl),
of the Choir of Angels KERUBIM (Care.Uh.Beem)
I invoke ye, ye Forces of YESOD (Yeh.Sode)."
19. Give the Sign of Osiris Slain and L.V.X. Signs.
III. Practical Magick
20. State the purpose of this ritual, saying,
"It is the Intention of this Ritual that the Forces of Yesod shall __________."
21. If you intend to perform a Self Dedication or Initiation as a Theoricus, give the Oath of that Grade.
If you intend to skry for a Vision of the Machinery of the Universe, relax and enter a meditative state, awaiting the Vision or Spiritual Experience. When you are done, record the Vision in your Ritual Diary.
If you intend to perform Practical Magick toward Peace, Illumination, Promotions, Popularity, Healing or Empowerment, perform the Ritual of the Middle Pillar, making the Light and Spheres Violet. Either hold the object or hold your hands over (or toward) the target of the ritual. Petition the forces to complete your goal.
IV. Closing
22. If you've charged any Talismans, put them in their containers and seal them.
23. Give a License to Depart to the Forces of Yesod, with a Blessing in the name of Shaddai El Chai.
24. Perform the Yesod Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram:
To draw the Banishing forms of the Hexagrams, start at the same points as the Invoking ones, but trace them Counterclockwise.
The Sephira Symbol and God Name remain the same. Charge the Hexagram with the Sign of the Enterer, as you did during the Invoking Ritual, but give the Sign of Silence instead of the Sign of Osiris Slain and L.V.X. Signs. There are no sigils or Central Invocation in the Banishing Ritual. Finish with the Analysis of the Key Word.
25. Perform the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram.
